Return Policy

We want you to love your Alotech Cosmetics purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

• Include your order number and reason for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
