Order Status
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within Canada.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website. If you have any questions, please contact us at Sales@AlotechCosmetics.ca.
Placing an Order
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order may have already begun processing. Please contact us immediately at Sales@AlotechCosmetics.ca or call 289-200-2536 if you need to cancel.
All prices on alotechcosmetics.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD within Canada. Orders under $50 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee based on your location.
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. International shipping may be available — please contact us at Sales@AlotechCosmetics.ca for more information.
We are able to ship to PO boxes via Canada Post. However, certain carriers may not be able to deliver to PO boxes, in which case we'll reach out to get an alternate address.
Standard shipping within Canada starts at $8.99 CAD. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout. Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.

Yes! All Alotech Cosmetics products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and never work with suppliers that do.
Yes! All Alotech Cosmetics products are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients. Our products are certified vegan-friendly.
The majority of our products are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients. However, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product if you have a gluten sensitivity.
All Alotech Cosmetics products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and other harmful ingredients. We are committed to conscious formulation that's good for you and the planet.
All products undergo rigorous safety testing including dermatological testing, stability testing, and safety assessments conducted by certified cosmetic safety professionals before going to market.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please contact us to initiate a return.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Sales@AlotechCosmetics.ca with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will make it right.
To initiate a return, email us at Sales@AlotechCosmetics.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
